First Memorable Experience?:
First memorable experience was feeling very sick after one of my first classes and having to sit outside on the park bench at Paul Street not able to finish the class!
Why do you do Group Fitness?:
I do group fitness because I love the classes and enjoy the interaction with the awesome people at Max Performance Fitness.
Biggest Challenge Starting Out?:
Biggest challenge when starting out was starting to exercise again after my first baby after having a cesarean
I can’t think of one!!! (hahaha!! 😛 Stretching?….Michael)
Least fave exercise?:
Air bike, burpees and running!!! (She lies….her Nickname is “The Flash” because of random bursts of running speed!)
